The purpose of this mod is to improve the depth, variety, and convenience of the magic system in Oblivion, particularly for player-made spells created through the spellmaker.

So far, this includes spell chaining, spell optimization, and metamagic effects.

1. Spell Chaining:
This permits you to define sequences of spells. Whenever you cast a spell in that sequence, you will automatically switch to the next spell in the sequence.

2. Spell Optimization:
This permits you to pay a large sum of money in order to have one of your spells improved to cost less magicka.

3. Metamagic System:
This permits you to modify spells you already have in various ways not normally possible.

version 0.84 fixes several rare bugs, and improves insta/omni hit
version 0.83 fixed a bug in spell chaining that could cause your magicka to exceed its normal maximum
version 0.82 improves spell chaining, instant-hit spells, and omni-hit spells.
version 0.81 fixed a minor bugs and improved compatibility
version 0.80 does major changes to the underlying implementation of spell chaining and quick-casting spells, fixing numerous issues. It also adds new metamagic effects and reduces the prices of spell optimization.
version 0.67 fixes crashing in the spell optimization menu on some computers.
version 0.66 fixes several minor bugs relating to spell chaining and spell optimization.
version 0.65 fixes several minor bugs relating to spell chaining and quickened spells.
version 0.64 adds a two new metamagic effects: #1 is Affect Allies Only, which makes buffs and healing spells have no effect on enemies you accidentally cast it on (ie area of effect spells, or accidental misses at low framerates); #2 is Burnout, which makes a spell much more powerful but gives it nasty side effects.
version 0.63 adds a new metamagic effect: Instant Damage, which makes spell effects that take occur gradually over 1 second occur all at once instead. 0.63 also removes a broken metamagic effect that was accidentally included in the previous release, and improves the quicken spell metamagic effect slightly.
version 0.62 adds a new metamagic effect: Quick spells, which can be cast instantly.
version 0.61 fixed a bug introduced to spell chaining in 0.60
version 0.60 added the metamagic system, changed the spell optimization system, added some cosmetic improvements, and was the first version to REQUIRE OBSE 14
version 0.55 fixed bugs relating to spell chain removal under various circumstances
version 0.53 fixed issues with NPCs casting spells you had marked as chained.
version 0.52 stopped the annoying messageboxes on startup. I don't think they serve any purpose anymore.
version 0.51 fixed it to no longer require the beta OBSE
version 0.50 was the initial relesase
