Starwars mod with lightsabers and sound efects with new cloaks

90% of the guards now carry lightsabers.

Most necros & mages that carry daggers will have a chance of pulling out a lightsaber making the fights in caves look awesome

Most bad humans that carry daggers sort and long swords now pull out a lightsaber..

All hammers mace bows 2handed weapons sound files have not been changed they will remain the same

The Cloaks can be found for sale at moderate prices in the Divine Elegance clothing store
which can be found in the Imperial City Market district

Extract to the Oblivion\Data folder and check
it off from the Data Files option when you start Oblivion.

1--Removed some sound files that was not needed
2--saber sounds have been changed to make them sound better
3--Udated plugin file making sure all weapons share lightsaber sounds now look like sabers
4--Added new cloaks and cloak of flames (hehe from EQ2 MMORPG)
5--Lightsaber Textures are from Dwemer_Plasma_Blades best lightsabers around
