If you killed Farwil in \"The Wayward Knight\" quest, you will be unable to finish the Allies for Bruma... This fixes that.

My wife was playing and she accidentally killed Farwil (She "accidentally" kills a lot of people) and was unable to finish the quest, so I fixed it for her and might as well share..
If you killed Farwil in "The Wayward Knight" quest, you will be unable to finish the Allies for Bruma quest... This fixes that so you are able to speak to the count.
