After going through different assumptions, found out this esp conflicts with the Curse of Hircine - Resurrected mod if comes after it. When do a uncrouched sheathe(put claws away) howling, instead it's animation it does the idle from this mod, locks & freeze the character in it, unable to attack or block. As a workaround to get out of it I crouched & did the crouching howling to fix my character. but to really resolve this put this mod's esp before the Curse Of Hircine esp in the load order.
There seems to be an issue with the guard salute animation during the speechcraft minigame which results in the guard you're talking to sliding off screen. https://youtu.be/8oX08915xWY
So I had this same problem and I really don't like commenting on someone else's post with the same problem unless I find a solution.
I don't know if you figured it out on your own but you just have to download the P4 Fixes file and let that overwrite the original Personality Idles 4. I kept combining them into one folder but I would get the same results so it HAS to be downloaded and setup as it's own. After that, the NPCs stopped playing that salute animation over and over during the Conversation Mini Game.
This mod is so amazing, and the games seems to be so lifeless and dull without it. In 2016 I'd even consider it essential. Thank you so much Dereko. UNFORTUNATELY i cannot use it, since all of my other animation mods do not trigger anymore... :'( I hope this is just something that's not supposed to happen. Does anyone maybe have an idea?
EDIT: I just went over one of the readme files once more, and noticed that conflicts were actually mentioned, and that "if you want to use both this mod should have an older date". The issue is that I have no clue what this means. How can I "set an older "date"" for this, in order to make it work with other animations, such as poses, dance animations etc. ?
Wrye Bash can redate your mod files for you. It usually does automatically when using BOSS to sort your mods. I haven't used this mod but I presume it would work if it was placed before other pose and animation mods in the load order. If BOSS doesn't do this already, then you'll need to create new rule specifying that it should load before your first mod that deals with animations and poses.
Thank you very much for your help. I'm using loot to auto-sort my plugins. I've also changed the load order manually, but unfortunately none of the options solved the issue for me. I assume there simply must be some mod incompatibilities.
Niiiiiiiiice!! I hated the zoom on NPC faces just standing there, it was a horrible torture XD Now they at least move and with focus set to 5.0 I can see them moving more. THANK YOU!
