A non-armor \"shield\" for mages

Permissions and credits
Mage Ward 0.9.1
---------------

Mages, are you tired of watching your warrior friends run around with their shields, gaining additional protection - and an enchantable item! - which are denied to you unless you sacrifice a measure of your mystical powers?

Lament no more! Ungarion at the Warlock's Luck in Bravil has secured access to a supply of magical wards which will provide you with all the enchanting possibilities of a warrior's shield, as well as providing some special protection. Experienced traders (Journeyman or better in Mercantile) may also persuade Calindil at the Market District's Mystic Emporium to supply them with wards.

In addition to being enchantable, all wards will focus the wearer's magical abilities to provide an Arcane Ward and a Mundane Ward:

Arcane Ward: Resist Magic 1% if your Mysticism is 25-49, 3% if 50-74, 6% if 75-99, and 10% if 100 or higher.

Mundane Ward: Resist Normal Weapons 1-10% as Arcane Ward, but based on Alteration.

These skills are only checked when the ward is equipped, so you'll need to take it off and put it back on again to gain the additional benefit when they increase to the next mastery level.

The ward itself is invisible when worn (it uses a null mesh) and uses the flawless ruby mesh (which I'm pretty sure is part of the default Oblivion install) when on the ground. If anyone would like to provide better/more appropriate meshes, please contact me at the address below - I just do code, not artwork.

A small fraction of the wards available for sale in this initial release are pre-enchanted with Reflect Spell. Once this has been out for a bit and any complaints about balance are worked out, I'll go through and add wards with most, if not all, of the standard defensive (not fortify) ring, amulet, and armor enchantments for version 1.0.

--- Configuration ---

To disable the visual effects when you are hit with a ward equipped, use the console command "set ndMageWardHitEffect to 0".
