About this mod
The mineral glass has finally been made into a staff. This mod adds leveled staffs to random loot and stores that sell staffs. These staffs are great fun when used in battle.

Far below the earths surface, an emerald crystal shatters and smashes into its fellow crystals. The geode begins to fill with fragments, then it explodes. Rare staffs are deposited on the surface, staffs that will bring a new age to Cyrodiil.
------------------------------------------------------------ This is the story of the emerald shards. These staffs, unique and powerful, have been scattered across Cyrodiil in random loot. Luckily, there is a good chance that Rindir, a collecter of staffs, has recently found one. These staffs start to appear at level 5, and increase in power every few levels. Note that they increase in power when you find them, not when you level up with one in your inventory. This is a retextured crystal staff, and at high levels can do 112.5 fire damage with an extra paralysis. With each new staff, some thing is changed though it is not always clear what.
This is my first mod, so please mention any problems you find.
In future, I plan to add even more staffs into random loot. It will be released when this has 100 or more downloads.
