this doesnt include any type of NPC or the sort. includes: a new poisoned ale trap doors leading to everycity and 3 to immperial city (palace district, merchants, and arcane university inside) a box with 10 poisoned apples,10 poisoned ale, a super fast dagger, some shrouded armor, and a robe. known bugs: poeple from all the citiers ocasio

known bugs:
poeple from all the citiers ocasionaly walk into the place, and wotn walk out, and get killed by the DB when they eventualy walk to main part.
it IS a copy of the living qurters and as sutch the name wouldn't change no matter how much i tried >_> (if you know how put in the comments)
the doors will spawn you on the inside of the door because my CS was being annoying and it didnt show them.
plans for future:
from some technicle problems i had to reinstall oblivion
assistance: if any of the meshes are missing plz post on comments (99% sure they arnt)
