One burns in blue, the other one in a light green, they emit light with a radius of 500, so everything around you should be lighted up. They’ll burn forever. (At least I hope so.) Installation:

Extract all files to your Oblivion/Data folder and check Colored Torches.esp at game-start-up. Enjoy!
Known issues or bugs:

None, as I was able to fix them. ?
For those of you, using my previous “Blue burning torch” mod, you will have to deactivate the esp and use this one, otherwise your game may crash due to some duplicated ID’s.

But… the green flame is specially dedicated to Kielanai. ^^
