Two handed:
The weapon can be found carried by a fearsome skeleton in Vilverin, i'll let you explore the place but it is near the end ;)
The sword is a 2 handed weapon and is around ebony level, but with a bit more health and ever so slightly faster + reach
One handed:
The weapon can be found carried by a Bandit who is hiding at the hidden camp west of near Sedor (west of Azura shrine/gutted mine)

Installation:

Extract and place esp plus both folders (textures and meshes) in your Oblivion\Data directory. Activate esp and go play.

Updated normal maps and modified sword texture. One handed is now in a different location

Updated sword so that detail is now symmetrical and feels like it runs to the tip. Sword texture itself is also modified - No glow map so delete if overwriting.
