just adds a grand ring of light (check screenshots for location).i thought it was a cheat mod cus they\'re very rare ;-)
to instal put the esp file in C:\\Program Files\\Bethesda Softworks\\Oblivion\\Data and then make shure it\'s cheked in the data file (look at the launcher)
