This mod simply makes the blackwood ring of silence 0 weight so you can assassinate people with it by reverse pickpocketing it into thier inventories. They will equip the ring eventually and the fun begins. As said on the ring, it does 150 points of fire damage per second (in comparison to the 10 points per second the poison apple does). You could also enchant a mages hood with damage health 5 points per second with any filled soul stone, though both take a while and certain NPCs don't even have eat packages (AI to tell them to eat). I feel using this ring is a lot more potent and satisfying, when you see the people burst into flames 1 moment, then seeing them fall on the ground dead. Rather than following them around for a while hoping they will eat or watching them glow red for about 30 seconds. It is best to reverse pickpocket it while the NPCs are sleeping too because when they wake up, they are given commands to equip any new items. To install, put the file in your oblivion folder and then start up the oblivion launcher. Click "Data Files" and then check the file off on the list of data files.
