Known issues:
Please install the archive content you link the races which use headhuman.nif to by all means in a new folder outside Ren's hair folder, else you'll have troubles adding hair to the stock and custom races other than Ren's
Axil reports some benefits for the Mystic Elves as well of installing the egm *both*
outside and inside Ren's folder;
just make sure the meshes links for the human races et c. using headhuman.nif are outside her folder:
- gap between head and hair disappears finally
- Kafeid's and other circlets will be displayed properly now.
Sia will love that ;)
The thing is a monster - ~ 430 mb if you unpack all 3 archives into a folder.
Therefor I recommend to only extract / copy the files you really need.
Took the best quality settings for the egm files.
Within all releases I know about Ren_Hair12FND.nif looks like an exploded
sofa cushion in nifskope - maybe that one is only good to illustrate the effects of a fireball
on your char's hair :blink:
A beginner modder like me asked me about the purpose of egm files hence he wanted to
start exactly this wip - he ran away in horror after he had a look at the sheer number of
hairstyle flavors.. :D
