This is just a stupid mod whare i got bord out of my mind and started screwin around with the cunstruction set. Thus rosie was born. Tis NPC can be found in the bloated float and (so this mod was not 100% useless she has a club that does some major damage. if your that kinda person you can kill her and take it. but dont fear as Skooma Head Sr. alwa

NOTE:if save first if she hits you with her club, to put it bluntly, your dead. but besides that shes only level 1
