CHANGES 1.0 to 1.1

For those of you who think these things are a bit expensive (and they certainly are)... rumor has it Goblin Jim (in Goblin Jim's Cave north of Skingrad) has acquired a pair of these strange boots and has vowed to part with them quote: "Over my dead body!"

Full download contained in v1.1 so if you have 1.0 you can just replace the ESP or the whole thing, doesn't matter.

----------

Thoronir, proprietor of the Copious Coinpurse in Imperial City, has just received a strange pair of boots that are rumored to actually shrink the wearer, making him or her both lighter and faster. Unfortunately, being smaller does have side-effects...

To install simply drag and drop the files into your DATA directory and make sure the file BENDINGBOOTS.ESP is loaded when you start Oblivion.

To uninstall simply delete BENDINGBOOTS.ESP and the BENDINGBOOTS folders in your DATA/MESHES and DATA/TEXTURES directories.

*IMPORTANT* If for any reason (such as uninstalling this mod while a character is actually wearing the boots) your character is permanently shrunk or enlarged use the console command "Player.SetScale 1" to return them to their normal selves - however, this really shouldn't happen as I have made the script as non-obtrusive as possible.

There is a glitch that my scripting cannot fix but does not hurt the gameplay at all: if you don the boots while you are in first-person view and then move to third-person view your character's size will not change (but the effects will be applied). Simply take off and put back on the boots to remedy this.
