This sparkling new mod is about owning real estate in Cyrodiil; Players can purchase up to 10 residential homes from the Imperial City office in Market District (near a park). Keys come with each purchased Deed. The following document is a Guide to Eclipse Realty in Cyrodiil...

Eclipse Realty offers the best in your real estate needs. We only offer those residences made legal by the Imperial Government, and not sour lemons such as those found among our competition. Our homes come completely furnished with the luxuries of the Empire.
Our first home for sale is Waterfront Shack.For the mere offering of 5,000 gold you can acquire this simple pleasure near the Waterfront area at the Imperial City. Or if you want a more scenic look, buy Adobe for 10,000 gold; it is nearest the Imperial City’s Prison Entrance (in case you are new here in Cryodiil). Our Apartment room is available for the sum of 15,000 gold. Its last resident moved out due to the Skooma Den next door. Apparently she wanted something with less spice in neighbors; but don’t let that stop you! Skooma is a favorite narcotic in Cyrodiil, and its users are financially independent.
Eclipse Inn offers a once-in-a-gametime chance for self-reliance.Buy it now for the sum of 15,000 Septims. Beachfront Condo (Eclipse Condo) is a nice place to spend the weekend over in nearby Anvil. For only 15,000 gold you can own it, Fee Simple. If you want a nicer view of the countryside, I invite you to stay at Mountain Villa, near Chorrol, for the offering of 20,000 gold.
Wizard’s Cave in Bruma City, under the Grassy Knoll by a Gate, can be the explorer’s dream for the princely sum of 20,000 Septims. If wine is what you like, go buy Dremora Vineyards over in Skingrad County. 30,000 gold well spent, or so I’ve heard. Are you of a spiritual lot? Go buy Justice Priory in Cheydinhal, complete with subterranean chambers, for 40,000 gold.And if that is not enough, invest in a Castle of your own: for the modest sum of 70,000 gold one can be a Duke or Count in Anvil County at Imperium Keep.
