Following the instructions, first I installed QarlTP3,then qtp3_patch1_3, then Uop3.2.0, Uop SI v140, Uop mods v15. Then I used OBMM created omod from this compatibility patch. OBMM says that it has a major conflict, my game crashes on load of save. Did I do something wrong?
@GrailQuest, PyFFI ≠UOP Patch. The black screen glitch is generally caused by fog + HDR + Nvidia. It has nothing to do with UOP, QTP, or any textures at all. There are a few mods to treat it -- including the Bashed Patch -- but I, personally, ended up opting to just switch over to Bloom. Lots of possible fixes. None of them involve QTP.
@Amirjq, I believe that's correct, yes. If I'm understanding correctly, you have absolutely no need to download this if you installed QTP last. This is for those of us who don't want to reinstall all of QTP3.
(It's possible that something was fixed by UOP, then reverted by QTP -- in which case this patch would still be useful to you -- but I believe I've heard that that isn't the case, and that the standard QTP stuff is just fine and needs no UOP-fixing.)
(I know I'm answering this stuff late, but... Well. I already wrote it out anyways. =/)

Most importantly! Thank you very much for this. My textures' mesh-y/normal map-y bits have been looking particularly wonky, especially on fort exteriors -- I'll get back here and squeal all over the place if this fixes it. =D
This download is the compatibility patch for UOP, not the pyffied meshes. In fact, the down load you link (pyffied meshes) requires this download to work correctly according to the description. That link is a 'fixed' version of a previous pyffied meshes pack that was packaged inappropriately by mistake.

"It is needed with the new UOP 3.4.0 update?"
It is needed with the new UOP 3.4.0 update?
Any conflicts?
Thanks.

Ignore the previous poster.
Apparently this file has lots of other unrelated garbage.
I don't understand why this download is still available.
