A functional house located just ouside of Bliss in Mania. Includes a levelled, static alchemy set, armory repairing station, storage for weapons, armor, arrows, documents, etc. Plenty of space for displaying your Reznod Mannequins. A spellmaking chime and enchanting chalice - something the Shivering Isles need! A spell tomb fashioned after the off

A spell tomb fashioned after the official DLC (doesnt require it) that will give u a spell once, based opn your conjuration level. 4 Shivering isle display cabinets, 2 with sword displays and a whole lot of areas for your other trinkets and oddities.
Currently a free house that can be owned by anyone. Containers have been checked to not respawn. May conflict with mods using the same area.
As always, have a backup save file just incase, though there shouldn't be anything wrong.
