This is a house mod designed to work with the Shivering Isles expansion of Oblivion. So naturally you need Shivering Isles for it to work.

It is a simple house with a few non-respawning containers, based on the Great Hall of the Cloud Ruler Temple.

It features:

* A bed
* Multiple non-respawning containers
* An Enchanting and Spellmaking corner
* A book that describes the basics of the origin of the place
* A pair of gateways that link Cyrodiil and Shivering Isles
* A spell that returns you to the hideaway
* A desk that sports master alchemy equipment within

This is my first mod, and it is rather simple and spartan. I'd appreciate any comments, questions, or criticism on it, as it could lead me to enhance/expand this mod or even make more. I designed it as a nice small place to live, and as a way to get between the realms.

How to access: You must have access to New Sheoth to gain ownership of this place so as to not bypass quest requirements for the expansion.

Within a small bag in plain sight in Sheogorath's throne room, there is a key that unlocks the portals which lead to the hideaway. Right now it is free, but if I figure out how, I may make it buyable from Haskill instead.

Bugs/errors:

Due to an error I got when using the portals, I had to make summoning Haskill not just limited to the Isles. This should not cause any problems with gameplay.

Installation:

Just copy the ESP file into your \data folder in Oblivion.

Uninstallation:

Remove all items from the home and remove the ESP file from \data.
