The following story inspired my screenshot(I wrote the story myself)

A cold chill ran down his spine as the bitter frost ate away the feeling remaining within his face. However the Man continued to climb the vast mountain with a steady pace because he knew that they could not stop, He knew they must not stop. The three men remained vigilant, not because of honor or duty but because they sought retribution. The enmity that gnawed away at their hearts grew greater with every passing moment; as if devoid of appetite and fatigue they persisted, never looking back or questioning their mission and with unwavering conviction and a righteous grandeur nothing short of God himself could divert them. The treacherous climb became child’s play and merely a time to think and console as they neared their objective. Even with the howling winds, frigid temperatures, and frozen terrain; their bodies did not wince, their grip did not falter, and their footing did not sway.
They forged ahead and the leader whispered
“Thing were not always thus”
And then as he looked above and saw the tribulations still ahead he whispered again
“Things were not always thus”
