Madness Mace added by WEPON mod

This, and other new Madness and Amber weapons, are added by WEPON (Weapon Expansion Pack for Oblivion Nthusiasts). In fact, the mod adds over 625 distinct weapons to the game, and four complete sets of weapons! It also fixes over 250 bugs left in Oblivion or Shivering Isles by Bethesda, which are not addressed anywhere else including by the Unofficial Patches.
