Very nice shot.
Well I'll critique just a little (as I've been known to do).
It looks like you need to fix the ear texture as it's obviously a different color than the rest of her. One option is to pick a hair style that hides where the ear and head connects, so the contrast isn't so obvious. A hair style that has the ear sticking out of the hair.
I would have also liked some more light on the subject, just to lighten her up a bit. I know she's Goth, but still.
Overall I like the character and image composition you did here.
