I guess you recognize the Chorrol Mages Guild clad in my Jagged Stone texture. Elinhir is one of the nine major kingdoms located in Hammerfell and is the capital of both the Craglorn region and the Proving Grounds region of Craglorn. Elinhir is also the City of Mages and the home of the (in)famous Blackcaster Mages Guild.
