Oh, do you have that issue too where the Imperial City architecture sometimes flickers an orange hue depending on the angle you look at it from? I think it's from ENB? Looks really good! Is your game more stable now?
The flicker is due to the landscape lod which doesn't treat all mods of buildings and other far things. Here the orange color is from the replacer of the city and it's normal. When tes4lod is installed, it flickers. So I decided to not install it even if the game is less beautiful. No problem with ENBs. I also note that my game is stable now, no CTD, no lags, no FPS loss. But it remains a lot mods to add to my game so I prefer to be cautious in my statements. To be continue...
