At first glance I legitimately thought it was a Umbra joke, you being a soul getting stuck inside that sword screaming "HELP".
From my experience locating mods, you could run a mod editor like TES Edit or Wrye Bash (Been a good while since I did edit mods), search up "Umbra" then highlight whichever files that were changed and it should give you the details about the mod(s) changed it.
I understand that you have tried removing the loose file but it still remains, that means there is a mod activated that changes that. Most likely a overhaul mod. The picture looks like it's from the Weynon Priory's office, perhaps it's a mod that changes the quest or place. Before anything though, I would make a complete back up just in case. Of all the files including the ones in the Documents folder.
Hope you will get that sorted out, and get your soul out from that evil sword.

If you don't find any loose files with these names the replacer files are compressed, in this case extract the vanilla files and you will be fine.
