This time it occurs in the Vampire section of the Dune Catacombs in the ELsweyr Mysteries Mod at a door labeled simply as "Door"  inside the section called "Another Drink, My Brother" and the CTD gets triggered when one opens the door to go thru to the other side! I suspect this connects with the door labeled "Door" in my other pic which also has a CTD getting triggered when one goes thru the door Please see map for details!
