      Location is Glimmerstone Castle (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/22843)

      Armor (top) is from "Queen's Armory" by Eyren, but I can't remember where I got this specific version. You'll probably be able to find it using search engines (try looking for H-Cup versions; also the folder structure includes "Platinum Queen" if that helps).

      The race is Synx (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/38471)
