I'm telling the happenings after the sad fight with the Gray Prince.
I was feeling guilty, full of grief and regrets, but I had to rest so I fell asleep on the first bedroll I found in the Arena Bloodworks. I was awakened by a mysterious hooded man, appeared from nowhere, who kept calling me "Murderer" and made me feel even worst. But the worst thing happened just afterwards, when while exiting the Arena, still in an awful mood, I was approached by that dork that started begging me to make him my follower...

I'd recommend staying inside the city for the rest of the day or a mudcrab might sneak up and bite you in the heel just to add to your woes.
I think every Oblivion player felt the same (except for those willing to join the Dark Brotherhood, but my character is a lawful-good one).
