The "Inn" at Tharbad is barely more than a single room… They keep most domestic animals inside, as there can have not so friendly wildlife roaming the streets of the ruined town.

For the fun, I added undergound tunnels, supposed to connect the now-ruined forts, and created some quest to help the Innkeeper recover his daughter. And, incidentally, he'll be so happy with your success than he'll buy WHATEVER you offer, no question asked ;)
