About this image

Bravil had, for the most part, offered me countless opportunities that I would not have had in Cheydinhall. While the Imperial City itself offered more in the way of hidden secrets and deals hidden beneath the eyes of the Legion, Bravil itself with its run-down streets of mud,  muck, and desperation presented so many people who wanted to escape the pain and misery of the trash and poverty that surrounded them.

An escape with paths that often ended adding blood and skooma to the unpaved streets. For every success, at least four other failures gave rise.

My current opportunity though presented itself with a choice to make. A chance to get into one of the forts of the Imperial Legion and pose as a recruit or a merchant or some wayward soul hidden among the throng of more honest men and women.

Once more, I operate beneath the veil of darkened clouds that brought forth glittering drops of rain. Once more, I had an opportunity for more than a meal, a bed for the night, and a chance to repair my rusting equipment.

I have not been much of a fan of an ENB but it seems I have to reconsider that.
As I favour the bow and to take down prey on long distances my decision has fallen on the sharpnes over  the "blurred" effect :)

Both your story and setup are exquisite.

      Hey, thanks I appreciate it!

As far as ENB I think they're worth it lol. Having an ENB alone can help with stability, even if you don't use any presets. Luckily, you can turn off the DoF setting so distant things aren't blurred either! I usually prefer them for Oblivion, Skyrim, Fallout, or really.. .any game... because I feel it gives them a more cinematic look.

Cinematic and Monkey ENB seem to be pretty good, especially with Oblivion Reloaded I've noticed lol.

Lol awww thanks man I certainly try.

And I'm actually using the full Oblivion Reloaded! I could not for some reason get the lite version to work. Unfortunately now though, my rain seems a little bit buggy and I don't know why, so I'm going to be troubleshooting that at least. A slight drizzle looks alright but the moment it gets beyond that it becomes a mess and I suspect it might be Natural Atmospherics. So I might uninstall that to see if it makes the rain a bit better.

And if so, Ill probs move from NAO to All Natural.

What ENB/OR preset are you using? That screenshot is super pretty.

Also, what mod does the fort come from?

Hey, thanks! Tried to get a good angle on this one, lol. unfortunately for some reason, my rain is messed up and I'm trying to fix it.

But the ENB is Cinematic ENB, and I'm using Oblivion Reloaded Full with the stock settings, except I overwrote them with the settings from Monkey ENB (Because I was using Monkey before Cinematic and they work well)

The fort comes from Fort Akatosh Redux, which adds docks, and legion fort SE of Lake Rumare, and adds a whole questline with you joining the imperial legion. It's pretty fun!
