   True dat. Modded or not, Anvil is my most favorite city in oblivion.

      I really like Skingrad too, specially when Better Cities is installed. It's the city that looks medieval the most, with its narrow streets and the imposing castle.
      But Anvil is just peculiar, it has a lot of personality in my opinion. It's a shame Bethesda didn't give it enough attention though.

      @fredlaus: for Anvil I am using the Better Cities version, the lighting mod (which I find amazing most of the times) is this one, Medium flavour specifically: https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/49876?tab=posts
