MERP Durin's Tower in the grasp of the Zirak-Zigil

[table]About done! Well… about. A few details to fix inside, if possible, and make the"Thumb" 'Visible from Distant" as I forgot to do it.
I fixed the bottom of the tower and added a teleport door to the Endless
Stairs, which I improved a bit as it is now 7 flights of stairs instead of
1 :)[/table]
