The enb is use is my own GlowHell, it can be found using google, it's probably forever beta-test and might eventually be on nexus when i feel like reading angry commenters how it halved their fps and their character doesn't look like in my screenshots. (newsflash, you need sliders and textures to make your own character, snapdragon superomega does not do it for you) ->
Dari made his own version from my enb and i think VortexZz has some personalized version of it.
Her face textures are custom, in short: map areas in blender: make new brows, replace lips, add eyeliner and details that engine light eats unless the place is dark. This shot does show those small freckle areas on her cheeks and under eyes.
I wanted to give it more hammered/blacksmithy look but that would been more pain in the a** since my patience is low nowdays => easy way out it was xD
