About this image

Preview for my next release: Hidden Blades Trainers.  This resurrects an old feature of Morrowind that was sadly dropped in Oblivion.  Namely, remember how Vvardenfell had Blades personnel who served as skills trainers and presumably had actual day jobs, rather than just sit in an isolated fortress all day?

You come across a shirtless, skooma addict old man carrying an akaviri katana and it's just as if he was wearing his blades armor. If I was a thalmor we would have them all killed in a week

If you would be a Thalmor in a version of Tamriel which accords with the original and classic Elder Scrolls-Lore by Michael Kirkbride (Daggerfall, Redguard, Morrowind and Knights of the Nine) and not in a version that was transformed into a pseudo-Viking scenario to please Game of Thrones-fanboys (Skyrim) [I don’t mean it offensive, I just don’t like it when a company dismisses one of their best writers and change a game series complete into another setting and genre just to sell it to a bigger target audience ] then you would not be able to break away from the Empire or starting a war to establish Altmer-supremacy. You would be a minority of bigots in a small esoteric anti-human cult and even your moderate fellow countrymer would constantly suffering under piracy from High Rock and Pyandonea which could only be ward off with the help of the Empire.

Just my two cents worth and I think that Guinefort1s idea is awesome.

I was making fun of the fact that blades agents all have the same profile of middle-aged lone wolf badasses (Delphine, Caius Cosades), wich makes them a bit predictable (at least for the player), and the fact that they use their unique looking swords while trying to blend in (dam Baurus).

      I know.

I was justifying the admittedly exiguous equipment of the blades with the classic Elder Scrolls-Lore by Michael Kirkbride in which the Altmer are called "Old Mary" by the Colovians because of their poor combat skills and are not a military world power like they were depicted in Skyrim.

It was not my intention to sound offensive.

      Sorry about that.

Heh, it's okay, you seem to be very knowledgeable of the old lore. I didn't knew all that that's for sure
