   The Oblivion Mount Project helped me a lot in understanding how to make my creature dragon ridable. It actually ain't that complicated at all. And in your case here you'd even already have all the resources you'd need from this.
   
   I for one used this as a reference/step-by-step. But "you" will have most of it done for you already anyways, thanks to the OMP linked above.
   
   Summoning a custom creature is usually solved by simply having this creature already inside the game somewhere, if in doubt, just inside an unreachable holding cell, and then just using MoveTo inside the spell's script to move it to you. Once the summon's up, "MoveTo" it back into the cell.
   
   Don't know if you're still having trouble with the glowing fur and/or aura, too. Looks rather satisfactory to me in your screenshot there.

   I know how to make animals into followers, but still haven't figured out how to make them into a mount yet.
