About this image

Today I was looking at a reddit post and there was a guy complaining because many people didn't realized that the Imperial Dragon was changed during Titus Medes government. They removed the small crystal on top of it, wich was a way of representing Talos. Why? Because they banned Talos

I can't believe they did that. Everything I did in Oblivion, I did it for Talos and the Nine, and now they say he ain't a god? I know ascending a conqueror to the status of god is...questionable, but he was the combination of Shezzarr and almost every other "Main God" from multiple religions at that point of history, he was canonized with multiple virtues that made HIM the rightfull father and judge of the peoples of the Nirn, so that's one wicked move

So I added Talos in the shield because back in the day the Imperials were TRUE IMPERIALS

As you can see, there's a building behind my character. That's a Blood Dome Temple (I decide to rename it to a chapel, because I tought that temple was kinda pretentious). What the hell is that? You may ask. Well, I was on reddit (again) and there was some guy talking about a scrapped Morrowind faction that was commented by developers in forums during development of the game but didn't made the final cut, called the Templars of the Blood Dome Temple or the Red Templars for short. They are Talos fanatics, I feel I can relate lol sorry

There's a lot of speculation, but as always Project Tamriel did a superb work at fleshing out this content, and of course I'm taking advantage of all their supreme knowledge. I gave them a more RL historical templar fashion because the Morrowind ones were ornated fancy gucci VIP romanesque dudes and I ain't dig their style y know (also had 90% of the meshes already done)?

Now that I'm a pissed off pro-stormcloack guy I'm glad that the statues bear so much resemblance to the nordic depiction of Talos (it wasn't intentional, at least not consciously)

Well having the diamond is correct to the time period of oblivion crisis. You could even have a nord as the founder of this order explaining the skyrim Talos like statues.
