Just search for Natural Environments mod, as alternatives, look for All Natural or Atmospheres.
There is no post processing, it's my ENB and Oblivion Reloaded, what you see in the screenshot is what it looks like ingame, in fact the screenshot is slightly less saturated, for some reason colour is lost when taking screenshots, that or I'm getting paranoid.
