Yeah these two grew up together, Sort of. Teter started out as a servant in the Sweeney house hold when he was six teen. At that time Galatia was fourteen and was being trained to manage the family property. Galatia would become second only to her mother and Teter had ended up as the family Head Butler/House Steward.
While Galatia never got romantic with Teter, she does consider him one of the few males she'd share her bed with.
