A recent capture from my experimental Oblivion build showcasing the quality of Betty's Sewer Textures (wet variant). Lighting is a combination of Real Lights, Cava Obscura, and whatever Oblivion Reloaded + Cinematic ENB adds to the mix. Note the apparent lack of flowing water in the sewer channel. It's there, only all but invisible. I see occasional surface movement in-game. A downside, I suppose, of the otherwise excellent Oblivion Reloaded water. Not a lease breaker by any means, but regrettable.
