Maybe someday, I had intended to make a companion version of her this past summer, but stuff got in the way and now that "project" has been put on hold, long story short, I need to get quite a bit of stuff done first before I can release her.
As for the bikini, it's available on the Drunken Crafter's Inn Deviant Art page, it's in a pack of outfits I released this past Christmas, under the outfits - female section you should see something named "Presents".

And why do I get the feeling this random char is hiding in the shadows waiting for a plot twist?
You guys are reading too much into that random character, she is just that...random, it's a companion I had at disposal and gave her a random wig and Revy's bikini, in fact she is just there as a focus point for the DoF to kick in xD
It's the FF Race (you'll have to google it), but with custom textures, the hair I can toss you a link via PM and the same applies for the bikini.
