      I'm currently not near my pc (phone), so I can't give you a direct link, but, you can find this replacer at TesAll.ru, in the Oblivion downloads section.
      
      Also, this is not texture replacer for trees, it replaces certain rocks in the area around Bruma with the tree meshes you can see in this screenshot.
