She was picking ingredients in the field when she heard cries for help, but ... from where could they come?
She hesitated a moment ... it would be her first surgery.
Being badly prepared and with only a few notions, she was afraid of doing more harm than good.

The first step is always the hardest and noone said it would be easier to become an experienced healer than a battle hardened fighter. A little help is much better than no help, so go and make your first experiences.
