About this image

The shot I've been leading up to with my last 3 images (which can be viewed here, here and here) and consists of all four of my characters in various versions of the same armour. I'm like a kid with a new toy after learning how to retexture parts of armour (not difficult as I found out but still) but I'm leaving it here.

Also Cris and Breeze have been distracted by a shiny object which is why they're looking off to one side, a rare case of two of my characters being easily distracted/having a shot attention span.

And here's a game for you all to play: bearing in mind that all my characters have CM partner versions as well as signature weapons (the ones they're wielding in this shot) which one do you think is the PC (player character)? And here's a hint the PC is definitely in that image.

I know I can't tell which is the PC with out a better hint. I can tell your in the court yard of Tieflandsburg, But I cant tell which Character is the PC.

As for re-textureing I found out last year that it isn't that hard, just time consuming. Even if 80% of the job is copy/past texture paths into the mesh.

tbh the retextures I've done for these armours was just a two second job since I didn'tt want to retexture the whole thing just one bit.

I'll bet it was that easy, from the looks you only had to change the path of the skirt.

That reminds me, I need to look up that altered armor for guards again for something.

If you mean this one I don't think you'll be able to find it anywhere since it's one of Darigaz's mashups. As for the skirt, well it jsut uses the same texture as the default guard armour. I know changing the texture path isn't anything major but I plan on taking it further when I have the time.

Close, I was thinking the skirt mesh came from the Guard Armor Re-placer

It matches it better then the default guard armor for female toons.

I think it's the girl on the far left (sorry, I don't know her name) D:

You know, after positioning a character turning off their AI (type TAI in the console while having them selected) helps to keep them looking directly uhm... at the camera. It also stops them from turning to your character when she's nearby.

Actually I used the setrestrained command for this one and in Breeze's case it's because of the pose she's in and not the AI. tbh I think it adds a bit of personality.

I've used the TAI command before (both in Oblivion and in FNV) and I've found I actually prefer setrestrained to it.

Nice! I honestly can't tell which one is the PC.
