Part of a ship mod I've been working on for a while now. Gives a unique look to each of the vanilla ships in the game. Got tired of all the boring ships. Texture replacers were nice for a while, but still make everything look the same.

Also adding quite a few new ships with custom paint jobs and some other things. Just thought I would post this to see if anyone was interested. It started as a personal mod but my sons are really pushing me to make it public.

    Thanks everyone for the nice comments. Looks like this is something people would find useful, so I'm trying to get at least the 3 vanilla ship replacers packaged up. I didn't have any plans to change Bloated Float, as she is kind of unique anyway (plus can't wrap my head around what to do with her). If anyone has ideas let me know and I'll see what can be done.

    After testing these in-game just have a few corrections to make. Maybe have them uploaded either later today or by early evening for everyone to enjoy.

    Well...I had given that some thought. There are some weathered elements. Some ships more rugged than others. I'm finding it's more difficult to do "old looking" textures. And there are some other bumps to iron out.

    But I may be ready for a beta release within the next two weeks.

    But... just in case you didn't - could you make them a bit beaten and weathered down instead of all brand new?

    Each ship having personalized and unique paint job? I would love to see that in game! It wold also add a bit of realism to the game in that ships wouldn't just be bare wood exposed to water. You paint wooden ships for not just decoration, but to seal the wood and help prevent rot.

    The Elena looks great and I really dig the white and green one in the background too.
