About this image

"Oh, Dra-a-ke?..."

"You think it's funny waking up all painted and dressed like this?"

"You wanna play? Then let's play. You'll be Spyro and I... 'Dark Cynder'!"

- "Wait, what? No, Cyn..., uhm I mean 'Kaira'! I was just getting back at you for the purple, you know? ...You started it?... Kaira?"

- "Now, now, look who we got here! Looks like a certain Legendary Purple Dragon is going to be my new pet now! Malefor will be pleased."

"Considering the situation you're in now, I guess it's 'Game Over' for you,... 'Spy-y-ro'!"

- "Uhm, we're still playing, aren't we?!"

"...The 'pink' one, yes! I should've chosen the 'pink' one instead!!... uhm, 'help?'"

Yeah, well, guess Drake's 'payback' for this one didn't really turn out as expected now. Poor Little Dragon, never minds the repercussions.

Young dragons in the age of the two are far too childishly playful to mess with like this! Everything's a 'game', and a game means 'competition' and... fight! Drake's not fighting the ladies, the little gentle-dragon he is, so he's always on the loosing side... especially against his fionce, Kaira 'The Stormy', when name is characteristic for temper, definitely not someone to mess with!

"Alright, alright, no messing with your scales, got it!
I'm so sorry! ...Could you please let me go now?..."

On a side note, now that I put Kaira into Blender as well, I had to adapt the TFF dragon meshes to the new skeletal structure and anatomy also. Turned out easier than I first expected, only little left to do, so this is definitely some progress in the long run!

I admit, I got a little carried away by the initial request for a Spyro-themed retexture for my dragon race mod by SpyrosFire. What started as textures-only quickly became also modified and new meshes, once my drive to perfection kicked in again. I created a new base skin texture for the females to compliment the new one I did for Drake quite a while ago. So both genders now support the latest textures and WIP meshes... as you can see for yourself, I guess.

Now that I have them both in Blender and poseable, I can go on creating interesting new couple poses such as this one. It's so easy to pose one of them first, then create a 'posed' static duplicate, and next pose the other one using this for reference! Working great, won't you agree?

If just I'd get the anatomy itself finally done some time and'd be able to move on with animations, getting closer to the real deal, a new mod release... oh well, but I don't know where I took this free time from last days. Guess work wasn't that overly dominating my daily schedule once for a change.

Alright, it's back to work now. Hope you like it! Maybe I'll do some more.
