Naruto 97% did
Sasuke 90% made
I say "Naruto is 97% made" and "sasuke e 90% made" because you do not visit / go to all maps, all places, all the ruins, do all the quest have? I find, I go in all the time? ? and vilage.
Others say 100% only because they did just a "quest quest" / primary quest but they are false, it's not true. 100% means that you have made all the missions of the game, to visit all the places / towns / villages, all that has to do with the game.
    Sasuke 90% is only 90% because it was my first rescue game, the first time I played TES 4 OBLIVION, I did not really look for all the missions / villages.
    Naruto 97% is the second rescue that I have done and is better than the other, looking for all missions in all cities and villages and long.
