Ok the problem is that the updated version of windows 10will not support the installation packs security for Oblivion construction kit.The install goes halfway and dies.The solution!I’ve a second computer running windows 10 that I don’t letupdate. So this zip file is the latest installed version of the construction
kit.To install just unzip and copy to your Oblivion directory.
