Oblivion

Hi to everyone:
First of all I'd like to apologize to everyone for the long time passed between this and the beta6 update.

Now what's means Release Candidate (or RC)?
A RC can be described as a pseudo-stable feature freezed release.
Pseudo stable, becouse of course the latest changes must be tested, as they may have introduced regressions. Also some rare bug may be triggered in the RC testing phase.

Feature-freezed means that there will be almost no additions until the start of a future 3.1 branch. Only bugfixes and small modification that do not alter the flow of the mod. This can guarantee that if needed, small patches in little time can be performed.

The biggest difference players will see it's that the waiting time between quest is dramatically lower.  This was done to help with playtest, but also to test the modularized waiting times inserted.

Now I know that there is still improvments that can be done. However I want them on a foundation that I know it solid.

A note for the BSA:
You may have noticed that the Kvatch Rebuilt.bsa is bigger. What was changed is linked to the voice file.
You know better then me Oblivion is a bit strange regarding the voice files, using the race name instead of the race editor id. For this reason In the bsa I have putted the soundfiles with the English names, but also folders with the Italian names (as I'm italian and use an Italian localized version).
So this version will be compatible with English based installs AND with Italian based installs.
I have also included a folder with an editor id (the only one in which editor ids and english names doesn't match in our case ), for a project I started (for now on halt), basing from ponyrider0  voicefile-redirector, an extension to the Elys Universal Silent voice plugin.
(I cannot put a duplicate race for every language of course, it will be a nightmere).
Also the new BSA it's uncompressed.
