Never would have thought, that those could fit together that nicely, looks awesome
Not sure, if that would be an improvement, but you could try switching the texture for the cloth part of the arm guard to the one from the light champions raiment. That should work without problems and the hue is quite similar to the red of the shirt, if I'm not mistaken.
And also I do have to admit, after staring at the first image for several minutes, I quite like the "young" Akane
