   Oblivion Reloaded only? I feel like ive gotten my game to look close to that with only OR. Very powerful, silly me has used it for 2 years without knowing i could mannually type in numbers ingame...been operating on the + and - steps and thusly have not been able to achieve *perfect* looks with it till recently..

      I dont use Oblivion Reloaded ^^ I use Weather - All Natural (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/18305/?) and the Oblivion Graphics Extender (http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/30054/?).
      
      Yes you can change and improve a lot of with the fine tuning functions also with older mods how the Oblivion Graphics Extender.
