    When the time comes that I'm over with the main quest and can retire in peace, this is a strong house-canditate.

      Unless you already use a mod that adds something to the little hill just west of Hackdirt, there shouldn't be any conflicts.

      Should anything stand out to you as wrong, let me know immediately and I'll work to fix it or patch it as needed, if at all possible.

    Welcome back. There are a lot of people returning & even a lot of new people this year who are wanting mods for the game.

    I like having places to stay scattered around Cyrodiil & love the deer sticking his head through the hole in the wall. He is looking in, isn't he? Anyway it looks like a great cabin for a variety of characters.
    A lot of people are finished with the MQ & having fun with a variety of roles that can use a variety of mods to support them.

    So thank you for more choices, many of us appreciate them a lot. ;-)

      Actually, that poor deer is mounted on the wall but thanks nonetheless!

      I'm glad to hear that you'll pop in & look around, even if it doesn't become your main residence, it could serve as a good stash house away from the bustle of the imperial city.

      I have to say that Oblivion has one of my favorite mod scenes - excellent creators and excellent users alike!
